A simple design complements our Executive apartments, which are spacious corner apartments with two window fronts. The higher up the apartment is located in PhilsPlace, the better the view.
The Executive apartments are suited for all those who are planning a longer stay, and trust us - you don't have to stay here long to feel right at home. 47 of the best equipped m2 provide room for the magnificent king-sized bed (180 x 210 cm), a smart TV with media hub, large desk, fully-equipped kitchen with Miele appliances and large dining area, as well as a modern bathroom with walk-in shower. There is also plenty of room to feel free and leave homesickness behind. If you would like to work, a large desk is available. However, we recommend that you try out the bed first.

Cleaning services
Since the environment is very important to us, apartments will be cleaned for the 1st time after the 4th night of your stay. Upon request, cleaning services an be additionally booked for a stay of less than 4 nights for an extra fee. Extra cleanings can also be booked for a fee. Please get in touch with the staff at the reception desk or send an e-mail to hello@phils.place. We kindly ask for your understanding that cleaning services are performed in the afternoon due to operational reasons
After each 4th night of your stay, a free light cleaning is offered with the following services: beds will be made, towels will be changed if needed, garbage disposal, dusting & vacuuming, short cleaning of the bathroom, and curtains will be straightened.
After the 7th night of your stay, an additional free full-service cleaning is performed. Services: bed linens will be changed, towels will be changed, full bathroom and kitchen cleaning, dusting & vacuuming, garbage disposal, and curtains will be straightened.
