Superior Plus
Step onto the oak floor in our Superior Plus apartments, and it will soon become clear that this temporary home away from home will not only fulfill all your needs but also those of the people traveling with you....whether it's your child, your mother-in-law, or whoever else is staying with you.
Yep, you read it right: our Superior Plus category can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people, and you will still have plenty of room to unwind, because one of the 2 beds can be easily folded. On a spacious 40 m2, there is also a large desk, a smart TV with media hub, huge refrigerator, kitchen equipped with Miele appliances, and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower or bathtub. Just for you, there is a queen-sized bed (160 x 210 cm). If you would like to work, a large desk is available. However, we recommend that you try out the bed first.

Cleaning services
Since the environment is very important to us, apartments will be cleaned for the 1st time after the 4th night of your stay. Upon request, cleaning services an be additionally booked for a stay of less than 4 nights for an extra fee. Extra cleanings can also be booked for a fee. Please get in touch with the staff at the reception desk or send an e-mail to hello@phils.place. We kindly ask for your understanding that cleaning services are performed in the afternoon due to operational reasons
After each 4th night of your stay, a free light cleaning is offered with the following services: beds will be made, towels will be changed if needed, garbage disposal, dusting & vacuuming, short cleaning of the bathroom, and curtains will be straightened.
After the 7th night of your stay, an additional free full-service cleaning is performed. Services: bed linens will be changed, towels will be changed, full bathroom and kitchen cleaning, dusting & vacuuming, garbage disposal, and curtains will be straightened.
