Check-in-automat
You can contactless, comfortable & easily check in at our Check-In-Machine (Card only). Please use your ATM or credit card to open the door to the foyer.
You will find the check-in machine to the right of the reception desk or at night access. Please scan your passport or ID card now. A driver's license will be not accept.

Cleaning
Depending on your needs, you can easily book an additional cleaning service with our team.
Change of bed linens: 9 €
Light cleaning (beds will be made, towels will be changed if needed, garbage disposal, dusting & vacuuming, short cleaning of the bathroom, and curtains will be straightened): 25 €
Full-Service (bed linens will be changed, towels will be changed, full bathroom and kitchen cleaning, dusting & vacuuming, garbage disposal, and curtains will be straightened): 34 €
Kitchen cleaning: 29 €
Final cleaning: 90 € (from 14 days)
Final cleaning if you have a pet: 140 € (from 31 days)
Laundry service
Some of our apartments are equipped with their own washing machine, which gives you the freedom to do your own laundry as if you were at home. If there is not a washing machine in the bathroom, we will have a laundry room available for our guests.
If you would like to have your laundry professionally cleaned, we will gladly organize this with our partner. Simply let our team know!

Lockable basement storage room upon request and availability.
Baby equipment
Is your child traveling with you? By providing a crib, diaper disposal system, and toys, we hope to help you with your packing. Please get in contact with our team for direct bookings.

The modern McFIT-Studio Europas gym has opened directly at PhilsPlace. The new, two-story McFit studio offers top-of-the-line training in cool industrial design at any time of day and night at an incomparably low price. PhilsPlace guests get exclusive offers.
Parking
Parking costs 18 € per car/night outdoors. Please leave your license plate at the reception.

It is important to us that you find everything in your apartment that you need for daily life. And not just that: we also want you to be able to arrange your apartment how you would like.
