How do I reach PhilsPlace with public transportation?

From the Wien Hauptbahnhof train station

Take the S2 towards Mödling and get off at the Wien Meidling train station (at the Philadelphiabrücke). Take the exit towards Schedifkaplatz and then take the bus line 15A towards Enkplatz/Grillgasse and ride 4 stations until Clemens-Holzmeister-Straße. From here, it's only a 3 minute walk to PhilsPlace.

From the Wien Westbahnhof train station

Take the U6 towards Siebenhirten and get off at the Wien Meidling train station (at the Philadelphiabrücke). Take the exit towards Schedifkaplatz and then take the bus line 15A towards Enkplatz/Grillgasse and ride 4 stations until Clemens-Holzmeister-Straße. From here, it's only a 3 minute walk to PhilsPlace.

From the Vienna International Airport in Schwechat by CAT

Take the CAT and get off at the Wien Mitte station. From here, take the S3 towards the Wiener Neustadt Hauptbahnhof and get off at the Wien Meidling stop. Take the exit towards Schedifkaplatz and then take the bus line 15A towards Enkplatz/Grillgasse and ride 4 stations until Clemens-Holzmeister-Straße. From here, it's only a 3 minute walk to PhilsPlace.

From the Vienna International Airport in Schwechat by tram

Take the S7 towards Floridsdorf and get off at the Wien Mitte station. From here, take the S3 towards the Wiener Neustadt Hauptbahnhof and get off at the Wien Meidling stop. Take the exit towards Schedifkaplatz and then take the bus line 15A towards Enkplatz/Grillgasse and ride 4 stations until Clemens-Holzmeister-Straße. From here, it's only a 3 minute walk to PhilsPlace.

How do I reach the city center by public tranportation?

Ride bus 15A in the direction of the Enkplatz U/Grillgasse and get off at the Stefan-Fadinger-Platz stop – you can also reach this stop on foot within 7 minutes. At the Stefan-Fadinger-Platz, take line 1 of the tram in the direction of the Prater Hauptallee and ride to the Kärntner Ring/Oper station. This is where the Kärntner Straße begins, which will take you into the middle of the 1st district. 

How do I reach PhilsPlace by car?

From the Vienna International Airport in Schwechat

Drive in a southeastern direction. Follow the signs heading towards "A4/Wien" and continue on the A4. Follow signs heading towards "S1 Graz/Linz/St. Pölten/Mannswörth/OMV". Continue on the S1. Follow signs in the direction of Altmannsdorf. Stay to the right at the fork and drive towards "B17/B221/Zentrum/Gürtel". You will then reach the Triester Straße. However, to get to PhilsPlace, you must turn onto the Höhe Altdorferstraße. You will find PhilsPlace on the right side.

From the Wien Hauptbahnhof train station

Start at the Wien Hauptbahnhof and head towards the Sonnwendgasse. Then turn right onto Laxenburger Straße/B230. Turn to the left immediately afterwards onto the Wiedner Gürtel. Follow the road and turn left heading towards Triester Straße/B17. After around 1.5 km, you will reach PhilsPlace on the right side of the road.

What does the area around PhilsPlace have to offer?

In the area around PhilsPlace, sporty guests will get their money's worth. On the one hand, there is the 9-hole golf course at the City & Country Club Wienerberg, where an indoor tennis court is also located. On the other hand, there is the Wienerberg recreation area with 117 hectares - here, you can enjoy the numerous running routes or the large natural swimming pond. There is also the opportunity to go on mountain bike or e-bike tours towards Mödling. As another destination, we recommend the Anninger, Mödling's local mountain – we will be happy to give you more information!

If you would like to relax after a tiring day, you can unwind while watching a movie at the Cineplexx Wienerberg or with a glass of wine - either on our terrace or in one of the numerous wine taverns (for example in Gumpoldskirchen). In addition: in autumn, the vineyards around Vienna are wonderful to explore on a day of hiking!

For a long day of shopping, we recommend Vienna's Old Town along with Shopping City Süd, Austria's largest shopping center. It is only 5 minutes away by car from PhilsPlace.

If you are traveling with children, we recommend visiting the nearby Wasserturm (water tower). Awaiting you in the summer months is refreshing entertainment on the water playground, and in winter, you can glide over the large ice skating rink. If you would like to take a look at the flora and fauna of Vienna, you can visit the Tiergarten Schönbrunn. You can reach the main entrance by car in around 10 minutes. 

Are pets allowed?

We are happy for you to bring your fury companion with you. For your pet, we charge 20.00 Euro per apartment/night and provide a blanket as well as water and food bowls during your stay for free.

The term small animal today is used to refer to domestic animals and pets such as dogs, cats, small reptiles, rodents, and birds that people don’t consider economic livestock but companions in daily life. Small animals or house pets must be kept in closed kennels or on a leash with a muzzle in public areas. Small animals are also those that will not disturb neighbors or cause damage in the apartment.
